Topic: Update on NCDOT Division 10 Projects
Presenter: Mr. J. Scott Cole, PE
Mr. Cole is acting Division Engineer for Division 10 of NCDOT, which includes all transportation operations within Anson, Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Stanly and Union Counties. Mr. Cole is a graduate of NC State University, and has 26 years of professional experience with NCDOT. He has been a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina since 1995, and enjoys outdoor sports in his free time.
