The Region 4 Younger Member Advisory Council’s mission is to provide young civil engineering professionals with recommendations, advice, and networking opportunities to meet their objectives, goals, and needs, being the bridge between young and experienced engineers. Each state has two state representatives that advise younger members of best practices, assist with college outreach, and coordinate between different groups within ASCE. The group is structured to share ideas, experiences, and opportunities with other states in the region. We ultimately are a connection to all ASCE groups within our region.

Region 4 is comprised of Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
