Tuesday, October 4, 2016 Update: As of this afternoon, weather forecasts for the Wilmington area are predicting tropical storm Matthew could make landfall on Saturday morning, October 8th. With this development, the North Carolina Section Board will make adjustments to the Annual Conference schedule according to updated forecasts and weather service warnings. At this time, we anticipate the only change to the schedule will be an abbreviated session on Friday afternoon. We encourage our members to make themselves aware of weather conditions and make their own decisions about their participation in the conference. However, with the conference proceeding as planned, we will not be able to provide refunds at this time. An update regarding refunds will be provided after the conference or in the event of cancellation.
