ASCE's 2016 Outstanding Public Official Awarded to Mr. Joseph M. Moore

In ASCE National's continuing effort to enhance communications between ASCE Headquarters and the Regions, Sections, and Branches, ASCE's Geographic Services is pleased to advise you that Mr. Joseph M. Moore, II, P.E., M.ASCE from the North Carolina Section has been selected by the Committee on Advancing the Profession to receive the 2016 Outstanding Public Official Award “For his inspiring, engaging and dedicated service to the town of Zebulon and to its citizens, while demonstrating a true understanding of the mission of municipal government.”
