Topic: Overview and Update on the Smoky Hollow Project in Raleigh
Time: Registration: 11:30AM - 12:00PM, Program: 12:0PM - 1:15PM
Summary: Approach and process for the overall Smoky Hollow project which consists of 2 phases. Phase 1 is the Peace and West project along Peace Street, which includes construction of a new Publix grocery store. Phase 2 is the office building and residential/parking project between Harrington and West Streets just south of the Peace project.
Fleming Herring, PE, is a Project Executive at Clancy & Theys, where he has worked for over 12 years. He is a resident of Raleigh, NC, graduated from NC State's Civil Engineering program in 2005, and has a wife with 2 young children.
Location: This luncheon will be held at the beautiful NC State University Club at 4200 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27606. You can contact the NC University Club at (919) 828-0308 if you need assistance locating their establishment.

If you are paying at the door, please bring cash or a check made out to "ASCE NC Eastern Branch".

To help Professional Engineers in attendance acquire 15 Professional Development Hour (PDH) units per license renewal period in accordance with 21 NCAC 56.1703, we offer one PDH certificate after the presentation.
