Summary: This presentation covers everything from the galvanizing chemistry and longevity expectations to QC and defect identification.  This will be a good opportunity to better understand steel construction from a fabricator's perspective.

Mr. Rose has been in the galvanizing business for 18 years: two years as a Plant Foreman and 16 years in sales.  He has hosted over 70 galvanizing seminars in the last 16 years for over 1,600 architects, engineers, steel fabricators, and end users. He served on the Board of Directors for the American Galvanizers Association from 2008-2016, served as President from 2012-2014, and is currently the Market Development Chairman. Since 2012, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Metallically Stabilized Earth and for the past year he has served on the T-8 Sub Committee on Galvanizing for AASHTO (Bridge Committee).
