Come join ASCE NC for its 100-year celebration! We will be hosting a conference at NC State on Friday, October 6th. The conference will include a light breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We will have guest speakers, awards, and our scholarship presentation. A total of 5 professional development hours (PDHs) will be awarded.
The fees, which includes parking, all meals, and two drinks during dinner, are as follows:
General admission including ASCE members - $40
Life members/Young members/Past NC Section Presidents/Government Employees - $30
Students - NO CHARGE
The sessions will be at two locations:
We will begin at 9am with breakfast at Duke Energy Hall in the James B. Hunt Library at NC State at 1070 Partners Way, Raleigh, NC 27606.
The evening session (dinner) will be at the Talley Student Union at 2610 Cates Ave, Raleigh, NC 27606.

Enter the library building.
Continue straight past the yellow stairs to the back wall.
The elevator is on your right.
Take the elevator up to the second floor.
Exit the elevator and continue straight across the lobby.
The Duke Energy Hall is in front of you.
From the Oval
Enter the library building.
Continue straight across the lobby.
Turn right before you reach the stairs.

The campus tour will be the Fitts-Woolard Hall which is the new home for Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering. Walking of several floors will take place. Please keep this in mind.
We can accommodate dietary restrictions as needed.
Attire is business casual. We also have hotel rooms blocked off near the event venue at the TownePlace Suites, Raleigh-University area. You must book by September 15th and the cost per night is $145 before taxes. Details can be found at Marriott’s special registration page.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the event. (September 22nd) You can also transfer your reservation to someone else up to 1 week before the event.
